Discover
This is a design strategy space where we conduct stakeholder's
interview, understand the Goal and Vision, do product research, conduct user research and user segmentation
Define
In this design phase, we use tools like user personas, scenarios, journey mapping to define the pain points and requirements of the user, hence coming up with features, task flows and Information Architecture that are user centred
Design
Post the design solution, we do ideation and Brainstorming to build the wireframes of the Digital product, to finalise the flow and content. Once finalised, User Interface are created and product report are submitted
Development
The designed product is handed over to the developers who develop it taking into consideration the coding guidelines of the organisation. Post the development stage we run the code into audit procedure for the highest delivery quality.
